initiated in 2004 as a part of company's expansion and
diversification plan. This division has 100% export oriented
manufacturing units. The company is managed by a team of
professionals that include a specialist IT team. This team has rich
experience of engraving design as per the latest software and
techniques. Presently, everyone is working on
ERP, CRM and HRM that has ensured speedy completion of work and
immediate procurement of the materials required for developing world
class footwear.

Quality Assurance The prime concern of
Fancytex Global Pvt. Ltd. has been to improvise the range through
consistent quality development. In this regard, procuring only the
qualitative raw materials and adhesives from our dependable vendor
base is given first priority. At all the stages of designing, processing and finishing, our
quality inspectors stringently monitor them and conduct the required
quality tests for ensuring the delivery of comfortable and flawless
footwear. Bonding test is carried out for ascertaining that the
footwear sole is firmly pasted to ensure the durability of the
footwear. Furthermore, the accessories used are also checked for
making sure that they remain intact & do not cause any type of
discomfort to the wearer.

Infrastructure Fancytex Global Pvt. Ltd.
is based on an area of approximately 50,000 square feet that includes
a number of sections for different departments. The company's
infrastructure includes well equipped designing and development
studio that are managed by a team of experts. Presently, we have
employed around 100 persons, all of whom are highly skilled. The
studio has been installed with Italian PU Moulding Machine that
produces Moulded Safety Shoes & Soles, PU Soles, DIP shoes, along
with Casual, Formal and Industrial Safety Shoes.

Our Capabilities
Fancytex
Global Pvt. Ltd. is supported by a team of skilled employees whose
unmatched contribution has been a subject of appreciation from the
very inception. They develope trendy shoes,
sandals and chappals. They manage the entire designing and production
studio; aiding us in acquiring a substantial production capacity. On
daily basis, we can develop 500 pairs of casual and formal shoes
apart from 500 pairs of safety shoes and 1200 pairs of PU soles.
Furthermore, we also have the capability of producing 500 pairs hand
made sandals and chappals per day, that are meant for ladies and
gents. In the near future, the company plans to enhance its
production capability via expansion of the development department.
With this additional capacity, we would be able to meet the ever
growing demands in the international arena for our existing brands.
